Late Summer Update on Construction of the RT Rogers Brewing Company!
We’ve been so busy here the last few months we’ve failed to post an update on construction. Let’s rectify the situation with a quick photo tour:
The recent triple digit heat wave won’t keep us from the task-at-hand: construction continues as the RT Rogers Brewing Company slowly begins to take shape. We’re looking at a busy summer as we continue with electrical wiring, wood-working, painting, and prepping for brewing equipment.
Quick update on construction progress!
The new concrete floor has been poured and framing has started on the south side of the brewery. In the photo at the top of this post you can see things starting to take shape: towards the back there are two new restrooms, an office, and storage space for grain and tools.
The real action will be found in the foreground of the image: this is the brewing area as seen from where the cold room will eventually land. You might also note the partition wall on the right which is where patrons can view the brewing area and see the equipment up close.
Coming up next time: cold room construction and framing in the taproom area.
Bustin’ up cement and diggin’ holes has commenced!
It’s been a long time coming but we’ve finally gotten all the ducks organized into their respective rows and started construction. The first order of business was to celebrate the moment with a small groundbreaking ceremony.
